INSITUTIONAL GOALS

Rahul Shikshan Prasarak Mandal derives its objectives from the constitution of India and its principal architecture Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar. This trust believes in the principles of equality, fraternity, justice and brotherhood as encompassed in the constitution of India. It’s function is to reestablish and promote social justice through education. Its primary aim is to promote education among the weaker section of society in particular and all in general. This institute is running since 4 decade under the eminent guidance of Dr. G. K.Dongargaonkar, an educationist and activist of social justice movement.

In order to achieve the goal of our Trust Management of the trust have started 06 schools , 03Junior College,03Degree College, 02 Post Graduation Institutes , 03 Social and Cultural Research Institute, 02 Hostels in the state of Maharashtra. 

Satyagraha college is one of the recognized institute in the city of Navi Mumbai for its quality education. Our institution is affiliated to university of Mumbai for running  B.A., B.A-Multimedia., B.Com.,B.Com( Banking and Insurance), B.M.S., B.Sc.I.T., B.Sc-Computer Science, B.Sc. Hospitality Studies Course of three years integrated degree. 

Satyagraha College works as the educational source for the disadvantaged students who have been denied opportunities in the educational front due to their weak economic status in the society by giving them institutional concession. Satyagraha College and its faculty is working in the spirit of the vision of trust by providing hostel facility, special lectures to improve students skills in language& training, to acquire success in competitive examination and by conducting placement camps in our college campus .

Teaching and Non Teachingstaff Members are working in our institute for imparting students to make them empowered in different learning skills and knowledge to bring educational sound.. Satyagraha College and its faculty is working in the spirit of the vision of trust by providing hostel facility, special lectures to improve students skills in language& training, to acquire success in competitive examination and by conducting placement camps in our college campus .

In order to achieve high  quality education we provide quality infrastructure, professionally trained faculty, suitable methods of teaching inside the classroom and outside the college by undertaking extra curriculum activities in various fields like culture, sports, seminar, conference, debates, elocution competition, career conference, career exhibition, placement cell, project report, research consultancy, training and industrial visit. 

Further, in this campus we provide computer lab, science lab, psychology lab, language lab, library& E-library, internet facility and education counseling Centre  etc. with a view to bring out hidden talents and have the best all round intellectual, physical,moral development and inculcating constitutional culture and morality for shaping students career.

 Our students are  known for their  notable performance in the State,National Sports, cultural activity and performance in university examination. 

Thus, our college is committed in giving equal opportunity to the academically weaker section by making them eligible through extra training and special attention so that essence of empowerment is created in them and that there isn’t any discrimination amongst students.
